Replacement or Return
Important Note: Please do not unpack the original packaging with the shipping label and tracking code. It is essential that the customer presents the packaging to activate the product warranty.
Our primary commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you selected a product from our online store but are not satisfied upon receipt or have identified a manufacturing defect, we guarantee the right to replacement or return in two cases:
1.1. Dissatisfaction with the Product: within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt (the customer may request a refund or replacement by returning the received item).
1.2. Product Defect: within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt (in this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund but only to the replacement of the defective product, always with an equivalent model to the one being replaced), for defects such as: broken glasses or visible scratches. The customer has the right to activate the warranty if they contact us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos of the received packaging. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, the issue will be considered caused by improper use.
In both cases, the first step is to contact us by email, and our team will inform the customer how to return the product.
1.3. Return Costs: All costs incurred by the customer to return the product by post are the customer's responsibility. However, the amount spent on shipping entitles the customer to a discount voucher equivalent to the shipping cost. The next order for which the customer wishes to use the discount voucher must have at least the same value as the product being replaced.
Return in Case of Dissatisfaction with the Product
The product must be free of signs of use and returned as received, in the original packaging (postal packaging with label). Otherwise, no refund or exchange will be made.
After receiving the parcel, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that everything meets the return conditions for the item. Upon confirmation, our customer service will contact you, and you will then be able to choose between:
2.1. Replacement with Another Available Product in Stock;
2.2. Refund of the Purchase Amount of the Products (for returns within the first 7 days of receipt).
Warranty
To resolve the issue, the customer must contact our warranty service only by email.
The customer must provide the order number and describe the issue in text so that our technicians can assess the situation.
All products in the store come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video of no more than one minute showing the problem. This video must include the packaging of the received product (postal packaging with label). It is essential that the packaging is visible in the video.
The customer may also provide photos illustrating the problem, with the product packaging clearly visible.
If the customer cannot make the video or send the photo, they must return the product to our address in France for analysis. The shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, but the incurred costs will generate a voucher for a reduced Colissimo shipment, as described in point 1.3 above. The product must be returned by post with the original packaging and the recipient's label intact.

4.1. The warranty does not cover:
- Improper use of the product;
- Defects or damage caused by wear and tear.
